Wiggins Bay is a gated community that was built between the early and mid-1980s. This project consists of six distinct subdivisions. Bermuda Cove, The Colony, Cove Towers, Harbourside, Princeton Place, and Wiggins Bay Villas are the names of the developments. The project includes over 600 individual condominium units ranging in size from 445 square feet to nearly 2,000 square feet. Wiggins Bay is located between Vanderbilt Drive and US-41 in Northwest Naples.
Amenities
Wiggins Bay amenities include an optional membership to the Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club. This club has a plethora of boat docks for sale or lease. The club also has tennis courts, a fitness center, beach access, and a boat shuttle that takes members to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach. The nearby Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club offers reciprocal golf privileges.
